Christmas Craft Swap 2012

Christmas Craft Swap 2012

Here is the loot from the craft swap I participated in.  The crafts that I received and gave.  It was super fun making something for someone else.  It really gave meaning to the Christmas season and helped keep it focused on Christ and what he would do. Serve others.

This is a coffee cozy made by Melissa in Lee Summit, MO

She made this awesome owl apron too!

Janelle H., living in Ft Collins, CO made this Count Down to Christmas craft!  Love the colors, browns and greens!

Pretty huh!?! Great idea to make one with fabric to re-use instead of the paper throw it away ones!

I made this little lap quilt with Christmas fabric purchased at JoAnn's.  It went to Florida.  This is her picture.

I made an apron and hanging towels.  I can't find a picture of it! Found it!

Here's the hanging towels! I found the pattern online. Here it is! Just scroll down and click on their link for the pattern. You'll be able to print it out. On the above link you will see they used wash clothes. I cut a kitchen hand towel in half and it works out perfect!

They match the apron I made!

Here's the apron! Cute cute!  The apron pattern I think is a Simplicity pattern.
